It would be necessary to enumerate all the subjects of Tacuinum.  But one would risk a dry nomenclature without interest.  The few examples chosen among the various plants, fruits and trades are enough to render comprehensible its interest for health.  Many things are good, but not is not necessary any to misuse.  In fact there councils of wisdom will make smile but that will not be able to remove the modern authors of our more erudite pharmacopeias. EMILE A.
